Quasar's broad emissions

Thanks for the comments! When I first saw the episode, I was actually more interested in following up the ramifications of Sheppard's vision (he's always too ready to sacrifice himself, he expects a token objection from Rodney but not much more, and he's still hung up on coin-flips!). That didn't really grow into a story of its own, but it made a useful side-issue for this story.
